1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Sellers Point marketplace website ("sellerspoints.com") and its related applications and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies incorporated herein. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should immediately discontinue using the platform.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When creating an account on Sellers Point, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password, and for all activities that occur under your registered account.
3. Product Listings & Pricing
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, imagery, and pricing across our marketplace are accurate. However, typographical errors or technical inaccuracies may occasionally occur. Sellers Point and its marketplace vendors reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed under incorrect price points prior to shipment.
4. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the specified items. Order receipt emails or order numbers do not signify final acceptance of your order. An order is deemed accepted and a binding sales contract formed only when the order is confirmed and dispatched from our fulfillment center.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on Sellers Point, including text, logos, icons, graphics, software, and audio/video media, is the property of Sellers Point or its content suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of Sellers Point shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
